Boris, a 3-year-old pig from Rosewater, Australia, will soon undergo plastic surgery to restore his vision.

Originally thought to be a miniature breed, Boris grew to a whopping 551 pounds. Owners Graeme and Julie Cane have put Boris on a weight loss diet, but it is a deformity, not excess weight, that is causing his brow to cover his eyes.

Because of his enormity, the family pig will have to be carried by horse float to a vet in Australia for the surgery.

And just in case you were wondering, Boris is toilet-trained.
