The World’s Longest Cat found in Reno

By Vladimir Negron    November 04, 2010 / (0) comments

Dogs (and their owners) may care about who is the largest or the tallest in the world. But cats? Well, they apparently are concerned about who is longest

A five-year-old Maine Coon named Stewie was recently certified by the Guinness World Records as the world’s longest domestic cat. Measuring 48 ½-inches from the tip of his nose to the tip of his tail, Stewie edged out the previous record holder by just half an inch, which no doubt instantly garnered high fives (or is it high fours?) from all of his Nevada buds.

Now what we all really want to know is, will he be able to reach the slot machines at the Vegas casinos? Come on, daddy needs a new scratching post!
