Julian

Shih Tzu
Silky Terrier, Mix

An adotable dog in Palo Alto, CA

  • Adult
  • Small
  • Male

This dog will be at the Stevens Creek Pet Food Express in North San Jose on Saturday, February 15th from 3-6pm and Sunday, February 16th from 11-4pm or until adopted. If you are interested and would like the first opportunity to adopt, please fill out an application.

Julian is a 1-2 year old Shih Tzu-Silky mix. He weighs 13.6lbs. He was a rescue from the shelter. He has us fooled for a minute thinking he might be shy but his foster mom assures us he is anything but shy. He loves her! He currently lives with other Shih Tzu's and he's found his place amongst the pack. He goes to the dog park daily. He's such a good boy there. He enjoys them too! He loves to go on his daily walks. He is Mr. Meet and Greet and of course is so darn cute just makes everyone turn and look at him. He knows he's a stud!

Julian is very affectionate and loving. He is a typical Shih Tzu type of personality. Just a guy who will win every heart over. He is an option for older kids but we haven't had him with small kids. If an adult only home is interested in our boy and hasn't had a dog before, he could be an option. If an experienced adult home that has children that over the age of 8, he could possibly be an option. Julian has not had accidents in his foster home and his foster believes he is reliably housetrained.

Julian has a non-shedding coat that will require regular grooming. We will look for a home that is ready to love our boy, keep him groomed regularly and share his amazing personality.
