Quint is one of the single best dogs in our rescue right now. He is a 4 year old Basset-Dalmation. We like to call these type of dogs, Turbo dogs. They are short legged, long bodied but really a big dog. He weighs 46lbs. He was rescued from the shelter. He came in as a stray but clearly he was someone's dog. He is so use to the house. He is so well behaved. He gets along well with other dogs, big and small. He seems so tolerant of even the rowdiest or little ones who was bark and yap at him. He just ignores them. Quint lives in a foster home with a cat. He ignores the cat.

Quint would be a fabulous option for kids. He just has such a good tolerance level for everyone. He could easily go outside and meet and greet with folks. He loves people. He also thinks he's a lap dog. He will gladly try to climb into your lap if you allow it. Otherwise he hangs out underneath the chair you're sitting on. He hangs out in his foster mom's office and could easily go to work with Mom or Dad. He could go out in public places and meet folks. He was a favorite at the shelter and it is clear why. He's just a great dog.
