Meet McGee! He's a very handsome, smiley young pyr boy who was recently rescued as a stray in southern KY. He was abandoned with another pyr, Millicent. His owners just moved away and left them both behind. His foster mom says McGee is a true gem. He walks extremely well on a leash and shows no prey drive. He even sits for a treat! He shows his playful side when he steals stuffed animals from his foster mom's son and wants to play 'keep away'. McGee has a good sense of humor and a submissive personality. He also loves to ride in the car and will eagerly jump into it in order to accompany you. McGee is already housebroken, and does not bark much. He is familiar with a crate. and seems to enjoy its security. He's content in his fenced yard, and will sometimes stand up on 2 legs like a little bear to say hello to the neighbor across the fence. McGee is eager to find his forever home and leave behind his former life of neglect. He will make some loving family very happy, as he is a very well- behaved, funny, loyal companion.
$450 adoption fee.
