Belgian Shepherd Dog Sheepdog
German Shepherd Dog, Mix
An adotable dog in Ashland, VA
Geneva is a beautiful black Belgian German Shepherd. She is mature at about seven and a half years young. She has her summer haircut and is a bit overweight at about 115 pounds now. She was originally adopted from another rescue organization and when her family moved overseas, that rescue didn't take her back into their care, so she came to BARK along with her buddy Kinishbo. Kinishbo was originally adopted from BARK as a puppy. Since they are bonded and have been together most of their lives, and are the sweetest girls ever, we are hoping a kind person or family will open their hearts and homes to them both. Geneva has not been around cats. She gets along fine with other dogs and has lived with children as well. Geneva is on a thyroid medication that she takes daily. It is a prescription from the vet and is fairly inexpensive. She was not on her medication when she came to BARK and since she's been on it, she's trimming her figure down nicely. She is a easy going, eager to please you, constant companion and loves to be at your side. She adores getting in the plastic pools we have for the dogs to cool off in after a nice walk. Simply put, she is a fabulous dog and is definitely a volunteer favorite. Please ask to meet Geneva and her buddy Kinishbo today. Please submit an adoption application online at www.barkva.org or contact us at email@example.com or call 804-449-BARK(2275) today.
