An adotable dog in New Castle, DE
When you meet this pretty girl, you would guess she's about 4 or 5 years old. Guess what? She's just turned 9. Affectionate, and smart, KiKi is a loyal, loving companion. Hiking, weight pull, biking ... she's ready to go. Ki was released by her owner as a senior, and pregnant. Sadly she lost her four pups. Typical female Malamute, KiKi cannot live with cats, female dogs nor small dogs of any gender. Her preference is to be the only pet in the household and receive all the attention she deserves.
If you are interested in adopting, please email MalRescueDE@gmail.com for an application. Once your application is processed, a home visit is required. There is an adoption fee of $225 for each adult dog. Our dogs are healthy, spayed or neutered, up to date on shots, and heartworm negative. Unfortunately rescues don't have the ability to hold dogs for adopters. Dogs are adopted to approved adopters on a first come, first serve basis. Our goal is to get a dog adopted to a forever home so that we can then help another one. If you are interested in one of our dogs, the first step is to request an application, which is typically sent to you the same day you have emailed your request. We process your application the day it is received. The next step is a home visit, and then you will be invited to meet the dogs. While we represent the State of Delaware, the majority of AMRODâs dogs are fostered in west-central Virginia. Contact preference is by email, email@example.com, rather than by phone. We appreciate you considering an AMROD dog!
