Hello everyone. I am Maude, a mature female beagle.(not that I would normally tell but approx. 7yrs young!) I am very quiet. Have yet to make a noise since I arrived. I am content to nap most of the day. I happily use the pet door on my own. The most excited I get is around meal time. This is a WONDERFUL time of day. I do so love to sit and "read" or watch the tube. Leisurely strolls are also nice. I get along well with the other residents here, canine or feline, although I do not have much patience for their silliness as they rump around and make a racket. I just ignore them and put it down to youth! I am a lady after all. I do have a silly vice. I do so love to roll about to scratch those irritating, hard to reach, itchy spots on ones back and face and nose. While doing so I even have been known to make a few funny little noises. So if you are looking for a well mannered, soft spoken, respectable lady as a companion, look no further. Please give us a jingle soon so we may be properly introduced. Perhaps tea and biscuits?
