Maizie

Border Collie
Schipperke

An adotable dog in Wadsworth, OH

  • Baby
  • Medium
  • Female

Hi, my name is Maizie. I am guessed to be a Border Collie/Schipperke/German Shepherd mix. I was born on 1-5-2012 and I weigh 36 pounds. I am an owner surrender, due to the landlord saying dogs are not allowed. I am a confident girl that is not fazed by much. I love people but would be best in a home without young children. I live with several other dogs right now but I can be very bratty with them, so I need to be the only dog. I am fine with the resident cats.

I am obedience trained and working on proofing but I do have a stubborn streak, so I will not listen to everyone. I have good manners but sometimes forget jumping on people is not allowed. I am crate trained and housebroken. I am a higher energy girl and need a daily high intensity jog or run next to a bike. I am bike trained, which I love, and treadmill trained. I love playing fetch and just started playing Frisbee too. I am a very intelligent girl that needs lots of mental stimulation; otherwise, I will drive you nuts in ways you don't want. I have a working mind and it needs to be worked. I love swimming, so I might be great in Dock dogs. I am very fast and I have been introduced to agility equipment. I will test boundaries and I like to be in charge. I need an experienced dog owner that can handle my strong personality. I am UTD on shots and spayed. Do I seem like I might be a great addition to your family?
