William

Balinese, Mix

An adotable cat in Baltimore, MD

  • Adult
  • Medium
  • Male

Hi, I’m William! I’m a former resident of the local city animal shelter. Like many other animals, AARF swooped in and saved the day. I ended up at the shelter having been dropped off by an individual reporting that they “found” me. Who knows what the truth is. Fact is that someone neglected me. I was scrawny, filthy, and had a major boo boo on my head. Needless to say, I’m happy and grateful to be in a loving foster home. But, even better would be to have a forever home of my own to grow old in!

There are a few things that you need to know about me. I’m a handsome Balinese mixed kitty cat. I’m around 10 years old. But, I’ve still got a playful side to me. I weigh in at 8 pounds, which places me in the medium size category. I have a pretty gray coat. On my head there is still a slight remnant of my head gash (aka boo boo). But, it’s beginning to blend in nicely.

Let’s talk health real quick. A healthy diet is a must have for me. I prefer dry food, and I love to eat. There are a few other things that make me such a special boy. I have a heart murmur, but the medication does the trick. I also tested positive for the feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV). This is controlled with medication too. Have no fear. I take my medicine with absolutely no fuss. Other things to cover real quickly are: 1) I’m 100% housetrained. 2) I get along well with other cats. 3) I can tolerate dogs, but they really are not my cup of tea.

So, that’s me folks. I’m a simple boy. I’m sweet guy. Rub me. Play with me. I’ll be forever loyal to you. I need a home. You need a pal and someone to purr in your ear. Let’s make each other’s dreams come true.

Please visit www.animalalliesrescue.org to take me home today. My adoption fee is a mere $100. The fee covers routine vetting, neutering, vaccinations, microchip, and even 30 days of FREE pet insurance!
