Well, the day has come … I’m sadly signing off; this will be my last blog with petMD’s The Daily Vet. I’ve enjoyed the ride and all the comments, followers, and support, but working three jobs at once is leaving me little time for the things and ones that I love.

Some of my favorite blogs that I enjoyed sharing with you and hearing your commentary and support on were:

Some of my least favorite, due to some of the insane, rude commentary:

Despite the ups and downs over the past year and a half, I’ve loved hearing from so many of you and really appreciated all the support from my fellow pet owners when I was going through JP’s cancer diagnosis, treatment, and euthanasia. It’s wonderful to know that there are so many (well, mostly) good-hearted people out there who really do live up to what their dogs (or cats) think of them.

Thanks for following, and you can still stay in touch with me at Dr. Justine Lee on Facebook, at @drjustinelee on Twitter, at Pet Poison Helpline, and at my personal website for my booksIt’s a Dog’s Life… but It’s Your Carpet and It’s a Cat’s World… You Just Live In It.

Thanks for the ride, and keep your four-legged ones close to your hearts.

Well Dr Lee I am glad you are leaving. I was tired of your biased opinions on certain breeds. You know the one about beagles being noisy, stubborn and all that. I mean geez what do you know anyhow. Let's not even go into your favoritism towards pitbulls. Teasing aside... I will miss your posts. You had some real good ones. Oh I'm sure your haters will rejoice but you will always have those people if you don't believe as they do. You can't please everyone.

I am glad your leaving because you need to take the time with your puppy. They only have puppy breath for so long. I love puppy breath. Oh and I love gray muzzles. Two things in life I will always love. Thanks Dr Lee I may have to join Facebook now.

Dr. Lee, I am sorry you are leaving, and wish you the best. I have enjoyed your posts. You helped me get through the death of my much loved 15 y/o cat, but I do have another cat, rescued from the local shelter. He is a big, gentle purr machine. (not fat, though). You have helped me with this transition as well. Thank you.
