Finally! Only seven days until the cruise, and so much still to do.

As soon as I finish up this week's post, I am darting off to Fort Lauderdale to catch a flight to New York on Pet Airways. Three days of shopping, late night dinners and mid-morning brunches, gallery strolls, Central Park runs … Manhattan is oh, so divine this time of year!

And just so that I'm ready for the royal treatment next week in the SoPac, where I will be the honorary princess of the cruise, I booked my stay at the Buckingham Hotel in Midtown. It's so much better to be at the center of culture and see all there is to see -- I couldn't resist their “Extreme Mammals”  package at the American Museum of Natural History.

It used to be that I would need Happa or one of my other friends to go with me on a trip like this. How self-conscious was I! Constantly needing someone to hold me up and assure me that I belonged. But no longer will I be the lonely caterpillar! This week I'll be playing the single girl about town, living it up in my best “rags,” going wherever I want to go, with no one to tell me I'm “taking too long,” or “let's go back to the hotel, I'm tired.” Such bores! Watch out Jerry Hall, the bitch is back!

Ha, ha. I joke. But not so much. The Doga, the meditation, the vitamins, the Dreamcoat, the everything -- they all have me feeling so good inside that I feel like a young pup again … wow, was it only seven weeks ago since I started the Halo change? Who knew a simple meal change  and some supplements would have so much of a domino effect on my entire life? Now, that I feel more comfortable in my own skin, I am able to relax and be myself rather than trying to pretend that I am beautiful. And let me tell you, darling, pretense is such a waste of energy. I just feel beautiful. And this leaves me free to be whatever I feel like being at any moment.

So that's why, at this moment, I feel like being in Manhattan by myself -- just me, my gorgeous fur coat, and a driver to get me around town. And next week, I'll be back with my best friend, and we'll be basking in the sun with Sir Bart and his royal entourage.

Life does not get much better than this.

Okay, so it might have been better had the rumors about Ellen and Portia coming on the cruise been true, but they are going to be doing their own thing with the “Peace for the Animals”  holiday auction to benefit Farm Sanctuary.

Just as well. With Portia not being on the cruise, I will surely be the prettiest girl there. That reminds me, I need to make sure to stop at the Halo site to order my vacation supply of Dreamcoat, Daily Greens and Xtra C. The food I won't have to worry my pretty little head over. Bart has taken care of all of my Halo needs. I think someone is going to be getting some extra puppy love next week. That's amore!

Oh my dog, I just got a call from Bart. He's already in the SoPac and he said an amazing yacht named “Privacy” just pulled up in the next slip. Who could it be!!! Stay tuned, I'll be blogging from the yacht next week.
