Q. My dog is a 12 lb Pomeranian and I was just wondering what the best medication there is to prevent mosquito, ticks, any type of worm and fleas? HELP!!

A. Unfortunately there isn't an all in one medication that does everything. You can either give something for the fleas, ticks, and Mosquitos, and then another product or heartworms and intestinal parasite prevention. Or there is a product that covers fleas, heartworms, and intestinal parasites but it doesn't cover against ticks or Mosquitos.
