Q. Cat is eating, but sneezes about two times a day. Is there concern
DAVID ELBEZE, DVM, MRCVS
A. At his age it could be an upper respiratory infection due to weakened immune system, although it could also be a nasal polip which are common in older cats.
I would recommend taking him to the vet to check that his lungs sound alright, the probably start a course of antibiotics and go from there.
DR. MASSIMO ORIOLES, DVM, MRCVS
A. Given his age this sign that you are describing could be a concern and I would suggest to have him checked especially if you notice other signs like inappetence and lethargy.
Upper respiratory tract inflammation/infection or more ''sinister'' causes such as tumors in the nasal cavity could be all possibilities to consider.
I would recommend to take him to your veterinarian; antibiotics and anti-inflammatories medications may be needed.
