Q. Hi my kitten is 4-5 months old and he's not eating wet or dry food and only drinks water. He's dramatically lost weight and I'm scared . Please help

A. When a kitten does not eating it is a big deal. And unfortunately all sorts of disease processes can cause inappetance. Cats are masters at hiding disease so when we notice something isn't quite right then we should take it serious and get them help quickly. This does not sound like something simple that we can try to give supportive care at home. I highly recommend you take kitty in to see a veterinarian for a complete exam and potentially bloodwork and a fecal exam to get to the bottom of his illness, so that he can be treated promptly and appropriately.
