Q. My 9 year old lab+alsation is growing up food 15 minutes after being fed, since 4-5 days. She didn't throw up for 2 days, now again the same condition.

A. This could be an actual regurgitation instead of vomiting episode. Regurgitation involves just spilling out of vomitus insted of the heaving seen with vomiting. This is important to differentiate because it helps us narrow down possible causes.
Short of doing a consult to gather more information here, I would recommend taking your pet in to a vet for a thorough exam and work-up to look for possible internal organ malfunctions that would cause either vomiting or regurgitation (not sure which one is happening here).
In the meantime you can try giving smaller frequent meals, Famotidine (pepcid) @ 0.5-1mg/kg every 12 hrs, and a low fat easily digestible food such as boiled plain chicken and rice or cottage cheese OR Purina EN Gastrointestinal.
