A. Yes there are generic versions of this drug available, with the active ingredient cyclosporine. You would have to inquire if your vet would prescribe these as a replacement. I do believe that the following companies may carry it:
Some vets are hesitant to fill outside source meds from places like Foster and Smith, but PetRx is often-times accepted because it is more reputable. Open up the discussion with your vet and I am sure you can get approval through one of the places mentioned above, if it comes out cheaper.
