Q. My monte has a small hole on his snout. It oozes clear fluids. The more noise he makes the more it oozes. Antibiotics didn't help

A. This is very suggestive of either a foreign body that is inside the hole or a tooth root abscess (caused by infected tooth root that creates a draining tract through the skin and out on the face).
I would recommend that you get a second opinion vet who will do a complete oral exam of your pet and potential dental radiographs to help detect a tooth root abscess. If the tooth is infected the only cure for this would be to remove the infected tooth or teeth involved, as this is the source of the infection. Then keeping your pet on antibiotics until things are all cleared up.
