A. You will need to have him seen by a veterinarian. The tumor needs to be checked for malignancy and especially the vomiting needs to be checked out. Maybe the tumor is causing pressure on the esophagus. It is also possible that your kitty is suffering from a gastrointestinal disease, such as pancreatitis. Frequent vomiting can also be caused by hyperthyroidism, an endocrine disease common in older kitties , and easily treated. Please have him checked by the vet ASAP.
