A. If your pet has such a strong reaction, it is a possibly life-threatening emergency, especially considering the breathing difficulty. If this is happening right now, you must take your dog to a pet ER NOW.

A. This sounds like your pet is having a severe allergic reaction and it is causing your pet to have difficulty breathing, most likely from inflammation and swelling around the throat area. I HIGHLY recommend your take your pet to the vet immediately for steroid therapy IV and fluid therapy. They need to get this under control quickly before your pets' airway is completely occluded.
