Q. My shit shu is male and has bloood in his urine he's on an anti inflamotry and has just had a course of antibiotics, blood is still present when he ur
A. There could be crystals or stones present in his urinary tract or his infection may be a stubborn one. I recommend getting him rechecked by your vet and getting another urinalysis to check for crystals and x-rays to check for bladder or urethral stones.

A. I'll add it's important that your vet check your dog's prostate, since he's not neutered. Prostatic hypertrophy (enlargement of the prostate secondary to stimulation from testosterone) can lead to inflammation of the prostate and bloody urine. Antibiotics and ant-inflammatories alone will not completely resolve the problem. The only completely effective treatment is neutering the dog.
