Q. My cat is over grooming one entire side of the body. Pulling hair out with the teeth. She appears to not shed anymore.

A. Checking for problems with the skin, or even metabolic issues are a good first step to see if that is the cause of your cat's excessive grooming. If no health reasons can be found, the grooming may be a stress habit that has been picked up, or an obsessive based behavior that started. Stopping the grooming by placing a T-shirt or Elizabethan (cone) collar on your cat may help curb the behavior, while using calming aids such as pheromone diffusers or medication may help reduce your cat's stress while solving the behavior. If these do not work, then speaking with an animal behaviorist may help.
